I was 13 years old when I bought my very first DS, a Quantaray 35mm film camera. Since then I have owned several different types. Now my son who is 12 has shown an interest in photography. He has taken over my Nikon D3200 to get his feet wet. I took a leap and bought a new Canon EOS 7D Mark II.
My son and I drove around Guttenberg looking for photo opportunities. We have spent time on the banks of the Mississippi River and in town shooting photos of waterfowl. I guess now we are hooked. So we decided to share with the world what we have found to take pictures of.
Update: We've added some new equipment. We have gone full frame and using portable strobes. Charging a flat hourly rate of $30 per hour (travel, shoot and edit). An hour of shooting can yield around 100 edited photos. :)
